I was just reading A.J. Jacobs book "The Year Of Living Biblically" and he mentions Apostle Paul's letters to the Corinthians where he tells them: "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs."

I love the ideas expressed here for these are so many of the things the bible teaches us for life that are also so important for a marriage. Forgiveness. Patience. Humility. Gentleness. Generosity. Kindness.
