Have not seen the show Army Wives on Lifetime but wondering what you folks think of it. I just read an article where the stars of the show, such as Kim Delaney (formerly of, among other shows, NYPD Blue), put a great deal of effort into making their protrayals realistic. They seem to understand that military couples, especially now during a time of war, deserve a realistic portrayal of what a military marriage is like. The military has even come on board, allowing the show to shoot at Fort Bragg, among other places. I'm excited to see the new season and see how Army Wives depicts military marriages and the issues that are unique to military husbands and wives.
